2. Pack well. You can remove the stand for ease of packing. Include your power adaptor if any. (This your black power
box connected to your power cord.)

3. Ship it to us at the address at the bottom of this
form. You can fold the last page
and use it for mailing.

Save your tracking number to confirm when we received your unit, we are not able to give any updates or status until the fourth day after we received your unit. 95% of the time we will call you with the repair charge within 3 days of receiving your unit.
